Meeting Notes

Poker Run:
When: Saturday, Oct. 25th
Where: Starts at Tiz Anns Station – (There will be 5 stops)
Time: 9:30 First bike out – 11AM Last bike out
Rain Date: Nov 1st

Next week – October 14th Tammy’s will sign up for the “Poker Stops” they will work.

Each Tammy should try to visit at least five businesses to appeal for prizes for the Poker Run and advertise the $7.50 Catfish plates (2 Filets, slaw, fries & hush puppies) that will be sold at Tiz Ann’s on Sat the 25th with proceeds benefiting the Sunrise Homes. Watch for advertisement in Friday’s Desoto Appeal.

Email everyone you know the Brochure on the website desotosweetpotatoqueens.com our incredible Tammy Chelle created and mention the Catfish dinner plates.
