The scope of the firm’s civil litigation experience includes defense of products and premises liability cases, construction litigation, insurance defense of automobile and general liability claims, medical malpractice defense, land use litigation, civil rights defense, and contract disputes. The firm’s commercial litigation practice includes commercial and contractual disputes, workouts, foreclosures, suits on notes, title issues, secured transactions, and bankruptcy representation of creditors.
